Double-Brewed Tamari

In our Double-Brewed Tamari, we take the traditional tamari process to the next level. While standard tamari ferments cooked soybeans and koji in brine, we ferment ours in our own signature Tamari for a richer, more intense umami. The result is a thicker, deeper flavor profile with about twice the umami of our regular tamari.
